Privacy Policy — sellveg.com
Last updated: July 2026
1. Who is responsible for your data The controller of personal data collected on sellveg.com is SULI, Kilińskiego 13/36, 19-300 Ełk, Poland, NIP 8481749996 (“SULI”, “we”). For anything related to your data, use our contact form.
2. What data we collect - Sale listing data: product, quantity, grade, country and town/region, photos of the produce, asking price, phone number, e-mail address, first name, farm or company name. - Data typed into the form before it is submitted — see section 3. - Contact form data: e-mail address and message content. - Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, language, approximate location (country/region), on-site events (e.g. which form step was completed). - Cookies and similar technologies — section 10.
Providing data is voluntary, but without contact details we cannot present you any offers.
3. Data typed into the form before submission We want to be upfront about this: the listing form saves the content of its fields as you go — after each completed field, not only when you press the submit button. If you start filling in the form and stop, whatever you have already typed (e.g. product, quantity, phone number) may reach our server.
We do this for two reasons: - to see at which field users give up, so we can simplify the form; - to recover a listing interrupted by, say, a lost signal — and, if a phone number was already entered, to ask once whether you would like to finish it.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): improving the service and helping you complete a listing you started. Unsubmitted drafts are never used for any other purpose (in particular not for marketing) and are deleted after 30 days at the latest. You can object at any time (section 8) and we will delete them. If you do not want a piece of information saved, simply do not type it into the form.
4. Why and on what basis we process data
| Purpose | Legal basis (GDPR) |
|---|---|
| Handling your sale listing: finding buyers, presenting offers, contacting you by phone or e-mail | Art. 6(1)(b) — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract |
| Analytics of the site and the form, including saving field content before submission (section 3) | Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest: improving the service, recovering interrupted listings |
| Marketing: Google and Meta tags and pixels, ad conversion measurement, remarketing | Art. 6(1)(a) — your consent given in the cookie banner (withdrawable at any time) |
| Security: server logs, protection against abuse and spam | Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest |
| Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims | Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest |
5. Who receives your data - the SULI buying team and people working for us on listings; - IT service providers: hosting and e-mail (servers located in the EU); - Google (analytics and advertising) and Meta (advertising) — only if you consent in the cookie banner; - buyers and trading partners: we pass them information about the produce (product, quantity, grade, region). Your phone number is shared with a buyer only when that buyer is the one who will call you with an offer.
We do not sell your data.
6. Transfers outside the EEA Google and Meta may process data (mainly cookie data) on servers in the USA. Transfers are based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission and on both providers’ certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. All other data is stored on servers in the EU.
7. How long we keep data - sale listings and contact details: up to 24 months from the last contact; - unsubmitted form drafts: up to 30 days; - correspondence: up to 24 months after the matter is closed; - server logs: up to 12 months; - cookie data: as per the table in section 10; - data needed to defend legal claims: until the limitation period expires.
8. Your rights You have the right to: access your data and obtain a copy, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interest (including the saving of form fields before submission), and withdrawal of consent at any time — without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Write to contact form — we will reply within one month at the latest.
9. Complaint to the supervisory authority You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland, uodo.gov.pl.
